We can have all the gadgets, apps, and equipment our budget allows.

But when it’s all said and done, it’s up to you, as an individual, to decide to reach the fitness level you want to achieve.


But it’s not a decision we make once or even daily; the small choices we make throughout the day determine if our actions align with our goals.

It’s not easy, or we would all do it. It’s a constant effort to get better and repetitive action that makes it happen. We suggest you start with the goal in mind but physically begin with where you are today.


If you want to strengthen your mind, you don’t need to start with a meditation retreat, but you can begin meditating in the morning before you step into the busy activities of your life. The headspace app provides plenty of guided meditations. In addition, Unbeatable Mind has curated tools to strengthen the entire human condition - mind, body, and soul.



Time management is significant for achieving your goals.

Use the basic calendar app on your phone, or choose from many project management apps to organize your time. Block out your working hours, dinner, and other customary activities, making it more realistic for you to find time to enhance your brain.

  1. Do activities that focus on hand-eye coordination - table tennis, handball

  2. Do puzzles

  3. Don’t rush. It’s okay not always to multitask and be mindful of what you’re doing at the moment.

  4. Eat foods that promote brain health, clarity, and focus - limit sugar intake.

  5. Feed your spirit

  6. Meditate

  7. Rest - which doesn’t always mean sleep

  8. Stay hydrated

  9. Think positive and say affirmations

  10. Use essential oils
